Narva 12 Volt Model 36 LED Slimline Submersible Trailer Lamp Pack

The majority of LED lamps are termed sealed & would seem appropriate for applications such as boat trailers.

Sealing the lamp however is not enough to ensure a lamp is submersible, as water can still enter the lamp via the connecting cables or via a pin hole in the sealing process as a result of capillary action.
