The 3 - 12mm Chamfer-Pro is the latest external deburring chamfer tool in the WB Tools range. Its simple design and compact size make it an ideal addition to your tool pouch or box. With a cutting diameter ranging from 3 - 12mm and 4 cutting edges, it’s an indispensable tool for work or your home DIY projects.
Easy to use with a standard drill, the Chamfer-Pro is made from high carbon alloy steel and is suitable for use on a wide range of materials including stainless steel, hardened steel, mild steel, copper, brass, wood, fibreglass and plastic. The Chamfer-Pro is great for removing burrs and ridges from bolts, pipes or threaded rods.
The Chamfer-Pro is designed to prevent sparks, burns and cut hands, helping you work faster and safer. When used properly, the tool does not overheat the workpiece. Threads are also sheared off, not folded over, as may happen when using a grinder.
